KC Precision Machining was founded in 1990 by Bill Casey. As an expert machinist and graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Bill always prided himself with solving complex machining challenges for his customers.

As the business grew over time, Bill recognized the need for a new facility and in 2000 built the 20,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Ipswich, MA that today is home for over 20 state of the art CNC machines. Also key to the success of KC Precision was the team that Bill developed over the years. Pam Casey oversaw the office and finances while Bill concentrated on the technical aspects of the shop. Of the 20 employees today at the Company, 8 have been with the Company 15 years or more. During the past 25 years the Company has provided services to some of the finest companies in New England and beyond.

In 2014 after battling illness, Bill sold KC Precision to NSA Industries LLC of St. Johnsbury, VT. NSA is one of the top 15 machining and metal fabricators in the United States and is committed to continuing Bill’s fine legacy.
